1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the pc7pc7 Platform. We strictly prohibit underage gambling. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. pc7pc7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where underage use is suspected.

2.2 Residency

The pc7pc7 Platform is designed for and marketed to players residing in Indonesia. You must be a current resident of Indonesia to open and maintain an Account. Players residing outside Indonesia are not permitted to use the Platform. pc7pc7 reserves the right to close any Account where residency requirements are not met.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or similar restriction, you may not use the pc7pc7 Platform.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to use the Platform:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of pc7pc7 or its associated companies
• Immediate family members of the above
• Persons who have registered for, or are subject to, a self-exclusion program on the pc7pc7 Platform
• Any person where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the pc7pc7 Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide your full legal name (as shown on your Indonesian National ID — KTP), a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be true, complete, and current. It is your responsibility to keep your Account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the pc7pc7 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pc7pc7 may use technical means, including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching, to identify duplicate Accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any Funds held may be voided.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pc7pc7 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security. You must notify pc7pc7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.

3.5 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC verification process. This requires submitting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. KYC review typically takes between 1 and 24 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pc7pc7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at pc7pc7's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment provider. pc7pc7 is not responsible for delays caused by banking or e-wallet processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's verified bank account or e-wallet only. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day) or during peak traffic periods. pc7pc7 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but will make commercially reasonable efforts to process requests promptly.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard. Limits may differ based on your KYC verification status and account tier.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the pc7pc7 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pc7pc7 does not currently process transactions in foreign currencies.

4.6 No Money Laundering

pc7pc7 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Any funds deposited must originate from a legitimate source owned by the Account holder. pc7pc7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant Account will be immediately suspended.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pc7pc7 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the time of placing each bet. These limits may vary by game type, market, and account tier. pc7pc7 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Sports Betting Markets

pc7pc7 offers sports betting markets on football leagues including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and international competitions involving Timnas Indonesia. Market types include but are not limited to: 1X2 (Home/Draw/Away), Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), and mix parlay (accumulator bets). Additional sports and markets may be available from time to time.

5.4 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect price, odds, or payout being displayed, pc7pc7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake to the Player's Account. pc7pc7 is not liable for any losses arising from system failures or errors beyond its reasonable control.

5.5 Collusion and Cheating

Any Player found to be colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated betting software (bots), or engaging in any form of cheating will have their Account immediately suspended. pc7pc7 reserves the right to void all bets and forfeit all Funds associated with a cheating Account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. pc7pc7 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms . Where a wagering requirement is expressed as, for example, "20x", this means the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered a total of twenty (20) times before a withdrawal request will be approved.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All Bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are displayed in each promotion's specific terms and in your Account dashboard.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

pc7pc7 reserves the right to withhold or void any Bonus, and to suspend or close any Account, where it reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pc7pc7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of pc7pc7 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from pc7pc7 is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

pc7pc7 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party service outages, or events beyond pc7pc7's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. pc7pc7 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings or any other damages arising from Platform downtime.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While pc7pc7 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, scores, and game results displayed on the Platform, data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally contain errors. pc7pc7 is not liable for decisions made by Players based on inaccurate third-party data.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pc7pc7's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.4 Exclusions

pc7pc7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if pc7pc7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by pc7pc7

pc7pc7 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has provided false registration information
• The Account holder is under 21 years of age
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes
• The Account holder is in breach of any provision of these Terms
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has issued instructions to suspend the Account

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after a final account review. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Amendments to These Terms

pc7pc7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pc7pc7 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law. pc7pc7 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform serving Indonesian players.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pc7pc7 Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly at this stage. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
